For the babies that make their entrance earlier than planned
Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Milwaukee and Ascension All Saints Hospital received 19 and 10 NICU Medfusion Syringe Pumps, respectively.
These pumps make it possible for fluids and medications to be delivered at accurate, controlled rates, even for the tiniest of babies.
For moments of comfort and quality care
Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Milwaukee and Ozaukee, respectively, received four and 19 Stryker Nära Bassinets for newly-born babies.
The bassinets not only provide extra levels of comfort for the baby, but also make the care process easier. Each bassinet is height-adjustable, has a storage cabinet, is secured by three points of contact and has two storage drawers.
Ascension St. Joseph received five Panda Warmers to be used immediately after birth. Panda Warmers are used in all births to keep babies warm and safe as our providers complete standard assessments such as listening to babies’ hearts and obtaining an accurate weight.
For playtime and laughter
The Little Saints Child Care Center at Ascension All Saints received funding for a new and improved playground. Little Saints provides daycare services for children ages four weeks to 11 years old. The daycare has been voted time and time again as one of the best in Racine.
